5 People Die After Eating Dog Meat In Cross River

A man along with his children and two others lost their lives after the meal

Tragedy struck in the Uchenyim village area of Cross River state when 5 people died after eating dog meat.

The dog in question was reportedly fond of eating eggs laid by the villagers’ chickens.

One such villager allegedly decided to punish the dog by lacing the eggs with Gammalin 20, a poisonous substance.Continue....

The dog then fell ill and just as it was about to die, the owner killed it for food and ate it with 2 of his children and 2 other people.

The victims were rushed to a local health center in a bid to save their lives but they all died.
