With this fight, people are expected to 'rather starve than eat contaminated food'. They've also been called upon to wash their hands with soap and clean water as often as we can and above all eat hot clean food'.

She may not be in support of the viral #IceBucketChallenge campaign but Yvonne Nelson has become the latest Ghanaian celebrity to join actress and talk show host,Joselyn Dumas in the campaign againstCholera in Africa.
The actress and movie producer posted her own "Let's Fight Cholera" picture on her Instagram yesterday Aug,28 with the caption:
"Let's join hands and create awareness. #cholera #africa @joselyn_dumas good job!"
Dumas began creating awareness earlier this week on the ills of cholera under The Joselyn Canfor-Dumas Foundation founded on the vision to see every needy child in Africa attain their fullest potential.
The actress has already ganered many Ghanaian celebrities to join the campaign and to see to it that Ghana is kept clean and Cholera-free forever. She urges her fans and friends to "join the movenment, Let's Fight Cholera" with the hashtag, "#keepcleangh"

Cholera is an infectious disease that causes severe watery diarrhea, which can lead to dehydration and even death if untreated. It is caused by eating contaminated food or drinking dirty water.
