Former Enugu Deputy Governor Sent To Civil Service After Impeachment

The state’s former deputy governor, Sunday Onyebuchi has been redeployed to the state civil service
 
The former deputy governor of Enugu State, Mr. Sunday Onyebuchi, has been redeployed to the state civil service.
Mr. Onyebuchi was impeached by the state house of assembly after being accused of running a poultry in his official residence and being disrespectful to the governor.
Onyebuchi was working with the state civil service before he was elected deputy governor.
The Chief Press Secretary to Governor Sullivan Chime, Mr. Chukwudi Achife, told Punch:
“Former Deputy Governor Onyebuchi has been redeployed to the State Civil Service where he was serving before being appointed to higher political offices.”
However, Onyebuchi’s new rank and his specific department were not disclosed.
